Spacious, private, high-end golf studio designed for all of your golf needs. Whether you are working on your game, taking a lesson, or gathering with a group of friends this studio has you covered. The studio is located in a private, detached outbuilding, and includes a lounge area with two bar tables, a leather couch and coffee table, and plenty of space to spread out (i.e. ideal for up to 8 people).

System Specs: 13’ x 10’ professional enclosure, with a Uneekor Eye XO2 launch monitor running both Uneekor Refine and GSPro. Numerous courses are pre-downloaded for play, and more can be downloaded upon request.

House rules

Payment is due in full at time of booking. Fees for additional time that was not requested in initial booking will be due at the end of rental period. Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and​/​or renter’s party is late Please be respectful and leave the space clean for the next renter. $50 cleaning fee may apply for excessively dirty space. You are welcome to move furniture to any space you like but please make sure to put the furniture back into the place it was when you came in. Please let us know of any repairs, maintenance, or damage in the space. If you come to the space and find something that needs attention, please let us know immediately so the person before you is held responsible. If you do not report something, you could be the one held responsible by the person following. No smoking is allowed. No pets without prior consent from the owners. Maximum of 8 people in the renters party unless permission is given by the owners. Please be respectful as the studio is located on a private residence.
