Insurance & Coverage
RecDay Host Protection provides a combination of policies and coverage for hosts who list their spaces on RecDay. Our aim is to ensure hosts have protections that allow them to share their space while also mitigating risk.
Liability Coverage & Damage Protection
RecDay Host Protection includes both liability coverage (for the rare event that a host is found responsible for a guest getting hurt while on their property during a booking), as well as damage protection (for damages that may occur to a host’s space, equipment, or belongings during a booking).
Up to $2 Million
Coverage provided to hosts through the RecDay Host Protection program includes up to $2 million in aggregate liability ($1 million per occurrence) and a minimum of $100,000 for property damage.
