Community Disturbance Policy
It’s important that those who use RecDay are respectful community members and good neighbors. This policy provides information and guidelines for what that entails.
Prohibited on RecDay
The following is a brief overview of disruptive events, gatherings, parties, practices, and behaviors that are not allowed by RecDay users during RecDay reservations. We do not allow: Disruptive gatherings, pay-for-admission gatherings, and/or open-invite gatherings; excessive noise, visitors, or trash; trespassing or vandalism; or parking nuisances.
Consequences of Violations
We encourage community members to work together in a kind and collaborative fashion to prevent and resolve community disturbances and disruptions. Failure to comply with RecDay policies, including the Community Disturbance Policy, may result in the suspension or removal of a guest, host, or listing from the platform. Listings advertised as party- or event-friendly may be suspended or removed. Hosts may also be asked to update listings to note that parties/events are not allowed and/or to ensure the listing’s occupancy limitations are reasonable and do not encourage disturbances.
